NGC 6888 in Cygnus is a wind-blown shell of gas around a Wolf-Rayet star — the bubble formed by the star's own ferocious stellar wind ramming into material it ejected earlier in its life. The faint blue OIII outer shell took eight nights of dark-sky time to bring up cleanly.
